We reserve the right to remove your access to the Website at any time for breach of terms or misuse, without prior notice.
Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of the order being placed. However, please note, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Please ensure delivery addresses are correctly entered when placing your order. Sporting Heritage cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
Our Delivery options can be found here. Terms and Conditions of the respective delivery partner will apply. As with any delivery, a delay or loss of goods is possible. Sporting Heritage will investigate such cases in conjunction with the delivery partner. However, we shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including for the loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.
All products leave our premises in the condition specified on the Website. In the rare circumstance that items may arrive damaged from the delivery process, please report this to both the courier and ourselves as soon as possible, and/or refuse the delivery if necessary. No exchanges or refunds may be made for products claiming to be damaged during delivery without reporting at the point of delivery.

Sporting Heritage reserve the right to amend product details, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Products are subject to availability. Please read the full product description prior to purchase. Product photos, descriptions and prices are non-contractual.
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Upon placing your order with Sporting Heritage either via this Website or over the phone, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Orders may be cancelled at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided. Orders are subject to product availability.
You can request to cancel your order prior to dispatch by Contacting Us. Cancellations will be at our discretion depending on how far along the order is in the dispatch process. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you have the right to return or exchange the item, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Only complete and unused goods will be accepted. To request a return, please contact us so we can advise. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we would strongly recommend using a recorded service. Once we have received the return, your refund (minus the cost of packaging and delivery) will be processed, to the original payment method, within 14 days.
