The undisputed Champion National Hunt Jockey, Tony (AP) McCoy broke almost every record in the book in his illustrious career and there could scarcely ever have been a sport that has been so dominated by any one man as was the National Hunt scene during his career. Continuously pushing himself to the absolute limit of human endurance whilst constantly battling with the scales, he set standards that will almost certainly never be beaten. In this superb composition and most poignant work of art, Stephen Smith has captured McCoy joyously returning, once again, to a tumultuous reception in the winners enclosure at Prestbury Park, Cheltenham.
