He ran in the great race five times, when it was a proper test, winning three and finishing second twice, a record that surely will never be beaten. Now buried alongside the winning post, Red Rum has surely earned his place in the list of all time greatest steeplechasers and he is commemorated in this superb original painting by Peter Deighan. Commissioned by our MD, Peter has superbly capture both horse and jockey as they fly over one of Aintree iconic fences and has provided also a superb portrait of the great horse. Elegantly framed and measures approximately 59 x 69cm. A true collectors item!
