This superb study of ‘The Mestro’ by sculptor Tim Taylor beautifully captures the legend that was Lester Piggot, one of the greatest of all jockeys ever to have graced the ‘sport of kings’. The product of many months of painstaking work, Tim captures lester on his way back to the weighing room after another scinitllating success. Individually cast in bronzed resin before being hand-polished to bring out the beauty of a deep bronze patina. Mounted on a beautifully polished marble base and standing 10″ tall, ‘The Maestro’ is a real collectors item. Numbers 2 and 3 only available of a limited edition of only 2500 world-wide.
