Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard alternatively you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail, cheques, postal orders or cash can be sent through Royal Mail, if sending cash please remember to use registered post.
Shipping And Handling We use either Royal Mail, first class recorded or Parcel Force delivery.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days although some items are made to order only in which case they can take up to 4 weeks, please specify if your order is urgent so that we can advise you should there be a delay. International orders are generally received in under 30 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy At SportingHeritage.co.uk, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We aim to deliver between 3 - 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched between 7 -14 days except when there is a delay from the supplier. All goods are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. SportingHeritage.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund. Please indicate by email if your products are required for a specific date. We shall endeavour to deliver by this date and if not, we shall inform you at the earliest opportunity.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

For all unsealed items:
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

For all sealed items:
We accept the return of all sealed items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of sealed items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges and other services:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories. Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of earrings, video, DVD, audio, and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

Overseas excess charges:
For our overseas customer, it is sometimes necessary to levy a further charge for delivery of your item. If your product is a heavy or awkward item, we will notify you of any other charges for delivery and contact you before we process your order. We aim to do this within 3 days of receipt of your order. If you do not wish to proceed once furnished with any further delivery charges, you can cancel your order and will be entitled to a full refund.
